Payment & Security

50% deposit before work begins, 50% on final delivery. Payments via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer. Invoices provided for every project — suitable for indie studios, agencies, and personal clients alike.

Revisions Included

Every character includes 2 free revision rounds. Feedback is welcome at any stage — the goal is a sprite you're happy with, no surprises.

Delivery Format

PNG spritesheet per animation as standard. Source files (.ase, layered) available on request. Custom formats accommodated for studio pipelines.

Ownership & Rights

Full commercial rights transferred to you upon final payment. Non-exclusive by default; exclusive rights available with commercial license add-on.

Timeline

Standard delivery 3–7 business days per character. Progress updates every 24–48 hours. Responses within 24 hours on weekdays (based in UTC+7).

NDA Friendly

Studio work under NDA is welcome and respected. Concept references and unreleased material stay private until you approve public showcase.

Fair Cancellation

Deposit is non-refundable once work has begun, but any completed sprites remain yours to keep. No hostage tactics, ever.

Portfolio Rights

Completed work may appear in my portfolio unless requested otherwise. Just let me know at the start — happy to keep any project fully confidential.
